I started yoga over 14 years ago for 2 reasons:
1) Chronic lower back pain that I just couldn't figure out or fix.... despite my professional background (I was a veterinary surgeon for 5 years before becoming a yoga teacher, qualified personal trainer and owning a gym!...)
And
2) Stress & anxiety management.
Prior to finding Iyengar yoga I had tried SO many things to help BOTH of these issues including other types of yoga.
